Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complex messages.
• Experience using data and insight to evaluate and improve marketing performance.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimise our digital marketing channels, including social media, email and search
• Use data and insight to optimise content and channel plans to achieve measurable objectives and key performance indicators
• Leverage the latest digital marketing tools and techniques, including marketing automation and AI
• Support marketing managers to develop innovative and creative marketing content and select the right format for the channel
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing agencies, to develop content and optimise channels
• Ensure consistent, high-quality application of our brand across all marketing outputs
• Apply the Government Communications Service principles to accessibility and inclusive communication standards
