HDR’s Building Engineering Services Group seeks a Digital Design Lead to drive discipline models, BIM delivery, and coordination across MEP and other domains. You will create and maintain digital outputs, ensuring accurate BIM elements and integration with engineering workflows.

You will collaborate with engineers and designers, leveraging advanced 3D design tools and Revit to deliver compliant, high-quality documentation for complex projects in data centers and commercial environments.

Qualificações

• The candidate must have a technical degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related industry experience in 3D design and BIM coordination.
• Advanced skills in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Proficiency with 3D coordination tools and Revit is expected.
• Strong understanding of engineering or architectural concepts and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a discipline model and generate BIM elements per DDP scope.
• Create, maintain and deliver discipline models and digital outputs.
• Work with the engineer and other disciplines to coordinate designs.
• Model BIM elements accurately, using the current 3D software.
• Prepare detailed drawings and diagrams within project scope and budget.
• Maintain model health and comply with company standards.
