Job summary

Macmillan Learning is seeking a Digital Delivery & Operations Coordinator to manage physical and digital course assets, ensure timely access, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and vendor partners. You’ll handle backorders, access codes, and metadata, supporting both print and digital shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, information systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, digital asset management, customer support operations, publishing, or logistics.
• Comfort across multiple digital systems (e.g., JIRA, Salesforce, spreadsheets).
• Sharp attention to detail managing metadata, codes, inventories and audits.
• Problem-solving mindset for troubleshooting access issues, backorders and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily package work orders and coordinate with Customer Service, Inventory Manager, and Sales to resolve out-of-stock situations.
• Collaborate with sales reps on backorders and cancelled orders; execute fixes including releasing or substituting pack-on-demand orders.
• Maintain progress of access code requests through the JIRA queue and balance workload.
• Troubleshoot digital product issues across Salesforce, CMS (Klopotek, Hybris) and document new workflows.
• Run pricing and eBook availability audits twice a year and after price changes.
• Distribute agency eBooks and metadata to partners and fulfill courseware requests across third-party platforms.
