Takeoff is seeking a Digital Project Manager - Operations (Remote) to drive execution across multiple client engagements. You will manage tickets, content QA, and post-call summaries while coordinating with strategists, designers, and developers.

Ideal candidates have agency experience, strong English, and proficiency in Webflow or WordPress. This role emphasizes organization, timely communications, and keeping projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management, operations, or QA experience at a digital or web agency
• Hands-on Webflow and/or WordPress experience; backend involvement
• Agency background with managing multiple clients and projects
• Strong written English for client updates and summaries

Responsibilities

• Manage task flow across 3–7 client engagements simultaneously
• Handle content entry and QA in Webflow and/or WordPress
• Write post-call summaries with action items and due dates
• Keep teams on track with reminders and blockers
• Support client communication with status updates and follow-ups
• Run QA checks on sites before client review and launch
• Maintain project documentation and files
