Job summary

N4 Studio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of website and digital projects. You’ll drive scoping, planning and launch, coordinating design, development and content while keeping clients and internal teams aligned.

Role requires strong Webflow knowledge, superb organization and the ability to manage multiple projects across time zones. You’ll influence budgets, timelines and priorities and collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital project management or similar.
• Experience leading website and digital projects from scoping through to launch.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams across design, development and content.
• Strong understanding of project scope, timelines, budgets and resourcing.
• Identifying risks, managing scope changes and keeping projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Lead website and digital projects from kickoff through to launch.
• Translate client briefs into clear project plans, timelines, scopes and budgets.
• Coordinate design, development and content workstreams across multiple projects.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, risks and status updates.
• Keep projects on time and within budget while maintaining high delivery quality.
• Identify risks, blockers and scope issues early and resolve them.
