Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Digital Content & SEO Lead to shape the enterprise content strategy across brand sites and retailer platforms. You will direct AI visibility initiatives, manage agencies, and drive performance reporting to influence executive decisions.

The role requires 7–10 years in digital marketing, CPG experience preferred, and a strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Remote US-based position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Seven to ten years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, content strategy, SEO, digital shelf optimization, or related discipline.
CPG experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to establish digital strategies, define KPIs, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience managing agency and vendor relationships and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, content optimization, structured data, and web analytics.
Experience with AEO, GEO, or AI Visibility strategies is preferred.
Familiarity with digital shelf analytics, ratings & reviews, content syndication, or related platforms.
Experience with Profound, Profitero, Bazaarvoice, Syndigo a plus.
Strong project management, communication, prioritization, and executive presentation skills.
Advanced data-driven mindset and ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise digital content strategy across brand websites, retailer platforms, digital shelf environments, and AI-powered search experiences.
Lead SEO, AEO, and AI Visibility strategy and execution, including management of platforms, optimization roadmaps, and performance reporting.
Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners supporting SEO, digital shelf analytics, ratings and reviews, and content optimization.
Establish and maintain digital content standards for descriptions, copywriting, imagery, and metadata.
Oversee creation and optimization of new product content and retailer assets to improve search visibility and conversion.
Manage website content workflows and optimization priorities with brand teams.
Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for content launches with approvals and dependencies.
Define digital content and AI Visibility KPIs; analyze performance and present executive-level recommendations.
Lead digital shelf optimization to improve search rankings, content completeness, and conversion.
Monitor trends in digital content, retail platforms, SEO, AEO, and AI-powered search; translate into standards and plans.
Provide strategic direction to the DAM/PIM Specialist for content operations and governance.
Lead ratings and reviews strategy to increase volume, improve quality, and strengthen discoverability and brand performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety and controls.
