Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced SEO & Organic Growth Specialist to own end-to-end SEO strategy, from diagnostics to content and technical optimization. The role focuses on converting SEO into measurable acquisitions, including signups and revenue, across AI-enabled search experiences.

The candidate should drive evidence-based decisions, collaborate with writers and developers, and contribute to broader growth initiatives while working in a fully remote setup from India.

Qualificações

• Experience leading organic traffic recovery for SaaS/tech websites with measurable results.
• Proven ability to tie SEO outcomes to signups, conversions, or revenue.
• Proficient with SEO tools and technical crawl optimization.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with data-driven storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose organic traffic performance across pages, intents, devices, and updates.
• Develop prioritized recovery plans with evidence-based actions.
• Optimize high-value product and tool pages for search intent and conversions.
• Audit and manage content portfolio, monitor decay, and refresh as needed.
• Develop AI visibility strategies across AI search experiences and track impact.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including crawling, indexation, and structured data.
• Build an authority and digital PR program based on original research.
• Measure and report organic performance with non-brand clicks and revenue.
• Lead content engine including editorial calendars, briefs, and workflows.
• Identify and resolve keyword cannibalization using Search Console and rank tracking.
