The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Digital Content & Marketing Coordinator to support the Washington Immigrant Information Center. You will develop, manage, and disseminate verified client-facing information and lead social media efforts on Facebook and Instagram.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in multimedia journalism, digital communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in reporting, writing, or editing and digital content management.
• Experience with CMS and SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure content is accurate, complete, easy to understand and engaging.
• Collaborate on, edit content built by WA-Immigrant.Info team.
• Define, implement, and monitor digital ad campaigns (paid & organic).
• Publish content on WA-Immigrant.Info platforms.
• Monitor site traffic and feedback across platforms.
• Coordinate with Digital Content Creator for posts, captions, and graphics.
• Manage article workflow including translations and legal review.
