Job summary

Responsibilities

• Purchase digital inventory from designated vendors based on business needs.
• Monitor open purchase orders and daily reports to support timely fulfillment.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve inventory availability, substitutions, and discrepancies.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of quotes, orders, and communications.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with questions related to digital inventory and orders.
• Monitor receipt of digital products and follow up on discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Database staff to ensure product and inventory updates.
• Support the Call Center in resolving digital-content issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate updates and resolve purchasing issues.
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
