This role works with vendors and internal teams to place and monitor orders, maintain accurate inventory information, and resolve issues that may affect product availability or order fulfillment. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.How You'll Make an ImpactPurchase digital inventory from designated vendors and sources based on business needs.Monitor open purchase orders and daily reports, following up on outstanding items to support timely fulfillment.Communicate with vendors to resolve inventory availability, substitutions, title discrepancies, and other order-related issues.Maintain clear and accurate documentation of quotes, orders, vendor communications, and issue resolution.Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with questions related to digital inventory and orders.Monitor the receipt of digital products and follow up on discrepancies or inventory concerns.Coordinate with Database staff to ensure necessary product and inventory updates are completed.Support the Call Center in resolving digital-content issues by reviewing order information and coordinating with vendors as needed.Work collaboratively with internal teams to communicate updates and resolve purchasing and inventory issues.Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and follow-up activities to meet established deadlines.Additional responsibilities as required.What You'll Need to SucceedStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Good problem-solving skills and the ability to follow issues through to resolution.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and complete documentation.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications.Ability to learn and work effectively within purchasing, inventory, and database systems.Familiarity with MBS systems, warehouse operations, or database processes is helpful.Consistent reliability and ability to meet established performance expectations.How We Elevate Our EmployeesWe believe your success is our success, so our benefits package is designed specifically to support you in every aspect of your life.
