Job summary

The National Institute for Reproductive Health (NIRH) seeks a Digital Communications Manager to lead online presence and messaging in support of reproductive freedom. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Associate Director of Digital Communications and oversees social media, email campaigns, website updates, and branded collateral.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in digital communications.
• Experience writing captions and creating content for social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage NIRH’s social media accounts across platforms, including BlueSky, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with NIRH’s mission.
• Create engaging content including captions, graphics, videos.
• Maintain and update a social media content calendar.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and prepare reports.
• Support email communications drafting, formatting, and distribution.
• Update NIRH’s website with press releases, job vacancies, reports, and resources.
• Create branded graphics and videos for use across platforms.
