Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in digital communications within political campaigns, advocacy organizations, or mission-driven nonprofits.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams of strategists, creatives, designers, content producers, and digital communicators.
• Deep expertise in digital communications, audience growth, and platform strategy, with a demonstrated ability to drive move­ment and political action.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s digital communications program across all platforms, setting vision and standards.
• Direct creative vision across social media, video, podcasts, graphics, photography, and digital storytelling.
• Develop strategies rooted in performance, audience behavior, and platform expertise to mobilize members and reach new audiences.
• Establish goals, benchmarks, and reporting to measure impact and improve engagement and influence.
• Oversee My Body. My Pod. production, growth, and distribution across YouTube and other long-form formats.
• Collaborate with leaders to elevate the organization’s digital voice and influence.
