For Our Future Michigan seeks motivated, outgoing Canvass Managers for a paid canvassing program in Grand Rapids. You will supervise paid canvasser operations, execute the regional field plan, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Candidates should know their region, have door-to-door experience, and have reliable transportation. This position has a 75% travel requirement, reports to the Regional Director - Michigan, and runs through at least November 2026.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 cycles of paid field campaign or door-to-door canvassing experience.
• Commitment to building power in the progressive movement is essential.
• Knowledge of Votebuilder/VAN/LAN preferred and useful in this role.
• Strong computer literacy, database skills, and Excel proficiency are a plus.
• Reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Train canvassers, launch canvass events, and supervise teams per health and safety guidelines.
• Lead front-line voter outreach via door-to-door canvassing in the assigned region.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals.
• Ensure accurate reporting and timely data entry for regional activities.
• Maintain health and safety protocols across all field activities.
• Recruit, schedule, and confirm canvassers; assist with training programs.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
