Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compliance or financial crime investigations.
• Experience with AML, sanctions, or law enforcement requests.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of transactional data and synthesize case files.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools for transaction tracing and wallet clustering.
• Proven ability to produce clear, regulatory-compliant investigative reports.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up investigations and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activity across Paxos-issued stablecoins, triaging alerts and escalating high-risk cases.
• Conduct first-line investigations and compile clear case files and recommendations.
• Support forensic reviews and identify trends, typologies, and emerging risks.
• Assist with intake and management of internal referrals across cross-functional teams.
• Draft investigation summaries, SAR/STR documentation, and case narratives.
