The Compliance Investigations Manager will lead the execution of core compliance objectives, including financial crime investigations and regulatory reporting. In addition to operational leadership, the Compliance Investigations Manager will play a key role in driving strategic compliance initiatives aimed at strengthening Paxos' financial crime prevention framework. This includes contributing to the design and execution of long-term compliance strategies, enhancing investigative processes through automation and analytics, and ensuring the program evolves in step with regulatory expectations and business innovation.
