Job summary

Paxos is seeking a Compliance Associate to safeguard the integrity of its digital asset ecosystem. You will monitor activity across Paxos-issued stablecoins, conduct investigations, and contribute to SAR/STR reporting. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and potential on-call shifts.

You will gain exposure to blockchain analytics tools, learn from senior investigators, and help improve procedures and playbooks while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compliance or financial crime investigations.
• Experience with digital assets is a plus.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of transactional data and identify red flags.
• Knowledge of SAR/STR considerations and reporting.
• Experience with information-sharing protocols with law enforcement/regulators.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Paxos-issued stablecoins using analytics tools, triaging alerts and escalating high-risk activity.
• Conduct first-line investigations and synthesize data into case files and recommendations.
• Support quarterly forensic reviews of stablecoin transactions and document findings.
• Assist with intake and management of internal referrals across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain information-sharing workflows with law enforcement, regulators, and industry partners.
