Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Analyst to support customer and digital analytics. You will help deliver dashboards, reporting, and insights that inform business decisions and improve digital experiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Customer, Digital, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, timely insights and the growth of self-service analytics capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in analytics, reporting, BI, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, Digital Analytics, and Excel.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or visualizations to answer business questions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools.
• Curate and maintain reporting assets showing customer engagement and digital performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and drivers of KPIs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain reports and dashboards to support evolving priorities and self-service analytics.
• Assist with models and AI-enabled analytics tools to enable consistent reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data reliability and quality.
