Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, delivering pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause care through nutrition therapy via telehealth. We seek a nationally licensed RD/RDN to provide evidence-based counseling, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain precise documentation.

Qualifications

• CDR-registered RD or licensed in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with multi-specialty care team to ensure holistic care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health and related areas.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
