Job summary

Cecelia Health is a virtual specialty medical practice seeking Registered Dietitians to provide nutrition counseling and weight management remotely. You will work as an Independent contractor with a minimum of 20 hours per week, under physician supervision, to support obesity care and chronic condition management.

Compensation includes pay per hour ($42–$47), an annual $500 bonus after 6 months, and additional quarterly bonuses. Must maintain HIPAA-compliant setup and reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• If required, you must hold state licensure.
• Flexible schedule with 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education via phone, video, chat, text, and email.
• Provide medication management and support for obesity-related comorbidities under physician supervision.
• Engage in remote patient monitoring for devices.
• Assist with dosing/titration of anti-obesity medications within protocols.
• Collaborate with team physicians and external providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with a diverse patient population.
• Utilize motivational interviewing to support behavior change.
• Meet program metrics and maintain high-quality care.
• Complete all documentation in a timely manner.
