Job summary

Cecelia Health, a virtual specialty medical practice focused on cardiometabolic health, is seeking a Registered Dietitian to conduct nutrition counseling and weight management with remote patients. This independent contractor role offers a flexible schedule and a minimum of 20 hours per week, with telehealth delivery via phone, video, chat, text, and email.

You will provide medication management support for obesity-related conditions, engage in remote monitoring, and collaborate with physicians.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State licensure or ability to obtain licensure as needed.
• HIPAA-compliant workspace with secure equipment.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education via telehealth.
• Manage medications and support for obesity-related comorbidities under physician supervision.
• Utilize remote patient monitoring and digital tools to track progress.
• Document care timely and meet program metrics.
