Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care for pregnancy through menopause. As a Registered Dietitian, you will provide evidence-based nutrition counseling via telehealth, collaborating with medical providers and therapists in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification and active state license.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Avail at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Experience with telehealth and EMR systems.
• Strong independence and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits for one-on-one nutrition care.
• Collaborate with medical providers and therapists for holistic plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs for lifestyle changes.
• Provide nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Adhere to privacy and compliance standards on Pomelo platform.
