Noregon Systems, Inc. seeks a Vehicle Electronic Specialist to provide remote phone support for diesel electronic and mechanical issues. You will use diagnostic methods to guide technicians, ensure customer value, and document resolutions for ongoing improvement.

The role requires 3+ years as a Diesel Technician with electronics focus, familiarity with OEM diagnostic apps, and the ability to work from a home office with stable internet. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Diesel Technician with diagnostic focus.
• Strong knowledge of diesel vehicle electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with OEM diagnostic tools and service software.

Responsabilités

• Provide telephone support to end-users with diesel electronic and mechanical issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues remotely.
• Guide end-users through corrective actions with clear explanations.
• Track and route support requests using a ticketing system; document resolutions.
• Stay current with product upgrades and system information.
• Utilize vehicle documentation sources to predict impacts of failures.
• Work with computers, wiring and basic product development concepts.
• Utilize and interpret diagnostic apps such as Insite, ServiceMaxx, PTT or DDDL.
