Job summary

ZipStaff is seeking a Google Dialogflow Developer to support a short-term conversational AI modernization for a global technology services firm. The role centers on migrating chatbot assets from Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX) and configuring the platform for production deployment.

This hands-on position emphasizes migration, testing, and documentation, with a ~9–10 week engagement and no extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; required.
• 3–5 years hands-on Google Dialogflow experience including migration toward GECX.
• 3–5 years custom application development with API integrations.
• 3–5 years participating in technical design reviews and architecture planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of chatbot assets from Dialogflow to GECX.
• Develop, configure, and optimize chatbot and voice functionality on GECX.
• Participate in design reviews and architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot flows and integrations during migration and testing.
• Support deployment, testing, production readiness, and documentation.
