The ideal candidate has 8+ years IT experience, a mandatory GCP certification, and at least 3 years of Dialogflow design/development experience.

• Strong NLP understanding
• Experience building chatbots for multiple apps
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript
• Familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP; cloud knowledge a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Dialogflow-based agents for diverse applications
• Craft natural dialogue flows meeting user needs
• Collaborate with design, development, and product teams for integration
• Improve Dialogflow agents with better NLU and performance
• Implement context-aware conversations for complex queries
• Integrate Dialogflow with APIs/databases for enhanced functionality
• Coordinate with backend developers for smooth integration
• Stay updated on Dialogflow and conversational AI advancements
• Help create and maintain best practices for Dialogflow development
