Job summary

Randox Laboratories seeks a Sales Manager based in Sacramento, CA, with remote work flexibility and travel throughout California. The role drives promotion of Randox Clinical products, develops client relationships, and leads a small sales team.

40-hour week, Full-time, permanent contract. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of field sales experience, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and full driving license.

Qualifications

• 3 years of field-based sales experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote Randox Clinical products across diverse industries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and sales leads.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Lead and support a small team of Clinical Specialists.
