Job summary

Randox Laboratories seeks a Sales Manager based in Sacramento, CA, with remote work flexibility and travel throughout California. The role drives promotion of Randox Clinical products, develops client relationships, and leads a small sales team.

40-hour week, Full-time, permanent contract. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of field sales experience, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and full driving license.

Sales Manager – Sacramento (Job Ref: 26I/SASM)

We have an exciting new career opportunity for a sales focused individual in the role of Sales Manager, based in Sacramento, California.

Location: Remote, Homebased. Based in Sacramento, however travel will be required throughout California and possibly further afield.

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 17.00. However, flexibility will be required.

Salary: $75,000 -$100,000 base depending on relevant experience. Benefits include:

What does the Sales Manager role involve?

This role is responsible for sales and promotion of Randox Clinical products throughout a wide range of industries, developing business with current customers as well as winning new business. In addition, the successful applicant will:

• Contribute to the company’s overall growth and profitability by development and maintaining customers through providing a high level of support and service as a salesperson.


• Develop and support a small team of Clinical Specialists (Sales)


• Identify and develop customer relations in areas where we are currently unrepresented.


• Prepare sales reports and sales projections.


• Manage key accounts.


• Market research into the potential business opportunities for new and current Randox product lines.


• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitor awareness.

Full on the job training will be provided on our processes.

Who can apply?

Ideally with 3 years field based sales experience. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills along with proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.

• Flexible, as the nature of this position will require you to work such hours deemed necessary to complete the responsibilities.


• The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high-level business partners.


• The right to work in the USA, sponsorship is not offered with this role.
