Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of successful sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, clinical, or B2B sales where sales are a direct result of workflow implementation.
• TBM: 5+ years in similar environments with direct impact on workflow.
• Proven history of exceeding sales objectives through accountability and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Aufgaben

• Utilize a consultative sales approach to drive awareness, understanding, and behavior change among healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain comprehensive account relationships across physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other stakeholders to drive patient-centered results.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Market Access, and Commercial to optimize engagement and resource use.
• Represent Xeris professionally and uphold compliance with policies and healthcare laws.
• Travel within assigned territory to call on customers five days per week as required.
