Job summary

Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Representative/Manager for Diabetes/Endocrinology in the United States to drive commercial objectives.

Reporting to the Regional Business Director, the TBR/TBM will develop and execute plans to exceed growth targets with a focus on consultative sales and behavior change. The ideal candidate will educate providers, address barriers to treatment, and align discussions with clinical guidelines while traveling within the assigned territory

Qualifications

• TBR minimum 2 years in pharma/biotech/medical device sales involving workflow implementation.
• TBM minimum 5 years in similar environments with workflow-based sales.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales objectives through multi-stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to drive awareness, understanding, and behavior change.
• Educate providers on guideline-based care and preventive strategies.
• Identify and address reimbursement and access barriers affecting patient care.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive account relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, and Commercial Ops to optimize customer engagements.
• Support long-term growth by coordinating multiple customer touchpoints and initiatives.
