Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Representative/Manager in Diabetes/Endocrinology to drive commercial objectives across a Fort Worth, TX territory.

The role focuses on behavior change and consultative engagements with health care providers to align with clinical guidelines and improve patient outcomes. You will partner with office staff and healthcare systems, address access barriers, and collaborate with Marketing and Market Access to maximize resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in pharma/biotech or related fields for TBR; 5 years for TBM.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives through behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a consultative sales approach to drive awareness and behavior change.
• Educate providers on guideline recommendations with clinical evidence.
• Build comprehensive account relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists and staff.
• Identify and address reimbursement and access barriers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Market Access and Operations.
• Travel within assigned territory and meet five days per week.
