Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical device or healthcare environments as TBR.
• TBM requirement: 5+ years in relevant sales roles with workflow-driven results.
• Proven history of exceeding sales objectives through behavior change and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of guideline-based care, reimbursement barriers, and patient access considerations.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to drive action-oriented conversations and behavior change.
• Build and sustain comprehensive account relationships across physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and staff.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Market Access, and Commercial Ops to optimize customer engagements.
• Represent Xeris professionally, ethically, and in compliance with policies and laws.
