Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Diabetes Sales Specialist to grow sales with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory. You will develop customer relationships, promote Freestyle products, and strengthen Abbott's market presence in diabetes care.

This field-sales role requires a proactive, results-driven approach and strong product knowledge. Responsibilities include meeting quotas, collaborating across channels, and maintaining accurate activity documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years previous sales experience with a commendable track record in healthcare.
• Preferred: 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Diabetes clinical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas/objectives for ADC Products.
• Collaborate with Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and CDEs.
• Plan territory strategy and call plans, track progress and adjust as needed.
