Job summary

Abbott is seeking a remote field-sales professional for the Diabetes Care Division to meet or exceed sales quotas for the FreeStyle Libre portfolio. You will prospect for new business, close deals in expanded marketplaces, and collaborate with HCP, Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care partners to drive product adoption.

The role emphasizes strong relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other health care stakeholders across a broad ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 1–3 years previous sales experience with a successful sales track record.
• Excellent communication skills, high energy, integrity and ambition to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meeting or exceeding sales quotas/objectives for FreeStyle Libre portfolio.
• Leverage company generated targets to prospect for new business and close for new sales in expanded marketplace.
• Collaborate with various channels partners within HCP, Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care organizations.
• Establish strong relationships with a broad base of internal and external health care constituents.
• Develop proficiency in the Company’s sales model to ensure product adoption and utilization along the buying cycle.
• Deliver sales results within endocrinology market as assigned.
