Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in bioscience commercial roles with 2–5 years sales leadership.
- Experience in rescue markets, diabetes, or medical devices is desirable.
- Proven ability to coach and drive performance through KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead a sales team to exceed regional objectives and drive growth.
- Recruit, hire, and retain top sales talent with ongoing coaching.
- Conduct weekly field visits, business reviews, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align regional initiatives and strategy.
