Job summary

AVER, LLC is seeking a motivated DHS Portfolio and Growth Director to join the Corporate Leadership team. In this remote role, you will provide leadership within a DHS portfolio, managing client relationships and driving new business growth in federal IT services.

The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of relevant experience, including significant P&L management and a proven track record in program management within DHS. AVER is a fast-growing SDVOSB focusing on Data Analytics and IT Modernization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with portfolio and P&L management in the federal market.
• 5+ years of program management experience in DHS or law enforcement.
• Capability to deliver new business growth pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to multiple teams within a DHS portfolio.
• Manage project/portfolio profit and loss while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Identify and manage client relationships for growth opportunities.
