Job summary

Claritas Rx seeks a skilled DevSecOps professional to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our AWS-hosted SaaS platform that serves biopharma clients. You will own day-to-day security engineering, hardening infrastructure, vulnerability programs, and incident response while partnering with engineering, SRE, and compliance teams.

This high-impact IC role emphasizes cloud security, secure IaC (CDK), and secure software delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of information security engineering, cloud security, or related field with hands‑on ownership.
• Practical AWS security expertise: IAM, KMS, VPC, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Config, WAF.
• Experience integrating SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and container scanning into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own security monitoring across the platform and triage alerts from AWS services.
• Lead vulnerability management: scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Embed security practices into the SDLC and collaborate with SRE/Engineering for secure rollout.
