Leidos is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support the GSM-O II contract for DISA. The role combines cloud, containers, and security automation across distributed teams. Experience building CI/CD pipelines and public cloud deployments will be essential.

The position is primarily remote, with on-site requirements near Scott AFB, IL or Ft. Meade, MD. A Secret clearance and Security+ or higher certification are required within 60 days of start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 4–8 years of related work experience, or Master’s with 2–6 years.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with DoD security standards and STIGs; able to obtain DoD clearance.
• Proven ability to work in Agile, distributed teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Artifactory, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and Bitbucket.
• Configure and deploy Kafka and Elastic clusters in AWS cloud.
• Implement security standards (STIGs) and centralized observability dashboards.
• Collaborate across DevOps, Security, Cloud and App Eng teams; participate in daily scrums.
• Develop automated tests and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks in a distributed team.
