Job summary

Leidos is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support a major USAF cloud architecture program in a multi-cloud environment. The role requires an active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and strong DevSecOps expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI with CI/CD and container tech.

This onsite position prefers candidates near Hanscom AFB (Boston, MA) or Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will contribute to secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud platforms, working within Agile teams and modern

Qualifications

BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
Must have an active Secret Clearance.
US citizenship required
Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)
Working knowledge of DevSecOps principles and Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
Experience supporting or administering cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Bash, Java, Go).
Understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking fundamentals, and version control tools (Git).
Strong collaboration and customer service skills.
