Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Cloud DevOps / Credential Management Engineer in Washington, DC to serve as SME for credential management systems, focusing on Intercede MyID, PKI, and IAM technologies. This role designs, automates, and maintains secure cloud solutions, collaborating with development, security, and infrastructure teams across Windows and Linux environments.

You will work with Terraform and Ansible, build CI/CD automation, and support production systems, incident response, and proactive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT or engineering experience.
• 1–2 years of cloud support experience preferred.
• Experience with Intercede MyID, HID solutions, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Experience troubleshooting drivers, middleware, credentialing software, and authentication technologies.
• DBA responsibilities for Intercede or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure, engineering, and operational support for cloud-hosted applications.
• Support environments on AWS and/or Azure.
• Use Terraform and Ansible for cloud automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to design CI/CD workflows.
• Automate provisioning and environment setup for testing, staging, production.
• Implement build packaging and deployment automation.
• Monitor performance and establish baselines with proactive alerting.
• Troubleshoot production and infrastructure incidents.
• Improve processes for reliability and security.
• Support credential management solutions including Intercede MyID and PKI systems.
