Zusammenfassung

Openkrill is seeking a DevOps/SRE Lead to drive remediation of technical debt, align with engineering standards, and provide hands-on guidance in complex migrations.

You will define remediation priorities with the team, mentor engineers, and communicate risks and dependencies to stakeholders while promoting continuous improvement.

Remote in Mexico with advanced conversational English and Spanish required; salary is 105,000 MXN gross per month, with strong benefits.

Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on remediation of technical debt.
Ensure alignment with Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Actively contribute to a hands-on capacity, participating in implementation and problem-solving.
Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team.
Provide technical guidance and decision-making support.
Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations.
Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
