Job summary

Orion Digital is seeking a DevOps Staff Platform Engineer to build a scalable agentic platform across multiple clouds. The role emphasizes governance, security, and autonomy, enabling fast decisioning for several product lines.

You will own the platform, drive modernization, and ensure robust, auditable infrastructure with a focus on production readiness. Remote work from Canada is offered with meaningful equity, bonus potential, and a focus on secure, scalable deployments that support a growing

Qualifications

Deep production experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and GitOps in cloud environments.
Production depth in at least one major cloud (AWS or OCI) and willingness to learn the other.
Proven ability to ship agent-based tooling and platform functionality.

Responsibilities

Design execution environments for agentic engineering, ensuring sandboxed, reproducible, permissioned setups.
Own MCP and tool-gateway layer for governed access to infrastructure.
Turn CI/CD into a fast validation loop with deterministic gates and agent-based testing.
Lead multi-cloud Kubernetes delivery and IaC with GitOps (ArgoCD).
Drive infrastructure modernization and maintain documentation across teams.
