Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support an analytics platform in a SOC 2 environment, working Eastern Time hours and collaborating with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams under leadership of senior DevOps and CTO.

You will build automated infrastructure with Terraform, manage EKS and Helm, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, while enabling AI/agentic workloads and Bedrock integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and IAC (Infrastructure-as-Code).
• Deep experience with AWS core services (IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, EKS/ECS).
• Strong operating knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes + Helm, and GitLab CI/CD.
• A change-safety mindset and comfort operating under compliance controls for SOC 2.
• Exposure to LLM/AI tooling; Bedrock is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated infrastructure workflows in Terraform for AWS services.
• Own and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and security scanning.
• Manage Kubernetes on EKS via Helm and GitLab runners.
• Support AI/agentic workloads and Bedrock AgentCore runtimes.
• Provision and manage AWS Bedrock access with least privilege IAM.
• Handle access management under SOC 2 controls.
• Operate Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and data pipelines; contribute to cost optimization.
