Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer III for a fully remote role supporting federal civilian clients.

You will collaborate across teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, implement AWS-based infrastructure, and build reusable modules and deployment automation. Strong experience with Terraform/Ansible, Docker, and GitLab CI is required, with a focus on security and performance in multi-account environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and multi-account environments.
• Proficient with infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible).
• Demonstrated experience building/optimizing CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to consolidate and simplify DevOps tools and services.
• Solve problems to drive simplicity of architecture and operations.
• Complete cloud infrastructure and automated deployment tasks under senior guidance.
• Build libraries, modules, and packages for integration with projects.
