Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking experienced DevOps Engineers to contribute to a customer project focused on scalable, modern cloud infrastructure. You will apply your DevOps expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world technical input.

No prior AI experience is required—infrastructure and engineering skills are what matter. This fully remote independent-contractor role centers on CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, IaC, Linux, Git, and automation, with availability

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infra Eng experience.
• Strong coding in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• IaC with Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Advanced Linux and Git knowledge.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken.
• Available at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-like scenarios for CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring and incident response.
• Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps.
• Review AI-generated outputs, identify failures, and provide precise corrections with supporting reasoning.
• Maintain a high standard for correctness and reproducibility.
• Provide structured feedback to improve future task design.
