Qualifications

• 3+ years of configuration analysis experience.
• Experience with distributed computer systems and networks.
• Experience with networking principles and local area networks.
• Experience with company software and hardware products.
• 3-5 years of container experience.
• Extensive knowledge of software build cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains account/region standards and procedures for configuration management to support deployment activities.
• Interprets configuration management activities and applies them to project activities; collaborates with project manager on plans and schedules.
• Decomposes configuration items into units and identifies issues, recommending solutions.
• Ensures version control integrity for software and non-software components and resolves discrepancies.
• Performs audits for projects or accounts according to CM plans and validates baselines.
• Develops installation guidelines and documentation of hardware and software standards.
• Interface with various in-house teams to create cutting edge mobile-first and SaaS-based products.
• Develop infrastructure as code to support PaaS and cloud-based platform.
