Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and build flexible infrastructure and automation solutions to enable faster, more productive work across teams. You will collaborate with software developers, system operators, and IT staff to manage deployment processes, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously improve the release pipeline for our SaaS platforms.

This role supports fully remote work from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

3+ years of configuration analysis experience.
Experience with distributed computer systems and networks.
Experience with networking principles and LANs.
Experience with company software/hardware products.
3–5 years of container experience.
Extensive knowledge of software build cycles.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains account/region standards to support deployment activities.
Interprets configuration management activities and applies them to projects.
Decomposes configuration items into units for projects and identifies issues.
Ensures version control integrity and resolves discrepancies.
Performs audits for projects and ensures baselines are approved.
Develops installation guidelines and documentation for hardware/software standards.
Develop infrastructure as code for our PaaS and cloud platforms.
Assist lead personnel for assigned accounts/regions and provide guidance.
