Job summary

01 Systems is seeking a detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for .NET apps, databases, and Docker containers. The role emphasizes automation, on-prem server setups, and integration of security across the software delivery lifecycle.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, PowerShell, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and container security practices, while collaborating with developers and DBAs to ensure reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in CI/CD environments.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Ansible, and Bitbucket (Git).
• Expertise in building pipelines for .NET apps, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Docker-based services.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and deployment tasks.
• On-prem infrastructure setup including server provisioning and configuration.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux Server OS with virtualization.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles, secure SDLC, and embedding security into pipelines.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and OpenShift for container deployments.
• Container security, image scanning, and Kubernetes security.
• Familiarity with security tools like SonarQube, Snyk, and OWASP Dependency-Check.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for .NET apps, databases, and Docker containers.
• Work with Bitbucket for source control, branching, and pipeline integrations.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and database changes with security in mind.
• Write PowerShell scripts for automation and deployment tasks.
• Set up and maintain on-prem server infrastructure for high availability and security.
• Integrate security scanning tools into pipelines to detect vulnerabilities early.
• Ensure secure credentials, IAM, and secrets management across CI/CD workflows.
• Monitor pipelines and systems for performance, security incidents, and compliance.
