Job summary

CoachHub GmbH is hiring a DevOps/Platform Engineer to build and maintain development tools and cloud infrastructure for our global coaching platform. You will implement IaC with Terraform/OpenTofu, strengthen security, monitor systems, and optimize costs while delivering reliable, scalable services.

Work across teams in Europe and remotely, contributing to fast feature delivery and robust production operations, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with AWS and Kubernetes in production.
• Terraform / OpenTofu experience.
• CI/CD pipelines and GitOps (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• AWS security basics (IAM, networking).
• Monitoring and incident triage experience.
• Strong remote collaboration and English communication.
• Nice-to-have: Kafka MSK, RDS/Postgres, Prometheus/Grafana/Elasticsearch/Sentry, Terragrunt.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain development tools and cloud infrastructure.
• Automate and improve development and release processes.
• Deploy and manage IaC with Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Apply security best practices and participate in security discussions.
• Monitor production and troubleshoot issues to root cause.
• Collaborate with Data, QA, and other engineers across locations.
• Participate in standups and plan infrastructure work and tooling.
• Control costs by optimizing resources, databases, and tooling.
• Lead upcoming cluster and tooling upgrades with clarity.
