You will play a key role in designing, automating, and operating scalable infrastructure across cloud platforms, Kubernetes environments, and backend systems. The position focuses on modernizing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), enabling Kubernetes adoption, and building secure, resilient systems using an automation-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure supporting Kubernetes adoption
  • Develop and maintain standardized Terragrunt directory structures across accounts, regions, and environments
  • Refactor and migrate legacy Terraform stacks, ensuring minimal downtime and reduced configuration drift
  • Architect cross-account and cross-cloud deployments with secure RBAC and least-privilege access models
  • Implement DRY principles using Terragrunt wrappers and reusable modules
  • Manage Kubernetes configurations using tools such as Helm, Kustomize, Tanka, and Jsonnet
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to standardize infrastructure and deployment processes
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD workflows

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Kubernetes across cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure
  • Hands-on expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices
  • Experience with GitOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins and GitHub Actions)
  • Programming/scripting experience in Python, Golang, or similar
  • Experience with security tools like HashiCorp Vault and cloud security policies
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible preferred)
  • Experience integrating automation tools (Slack bots, Jira workflows, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in a global, distributed team environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools such as Kong, Jenkins (advanced), NetScaler (Citrix), Route 53
  • Monitoring & observability tools like Grafana
  • Artifact repositories such as Nexus or Artifactory
  • Exposure to multi-region and multi-cloud architectures
  • Familiarity with Temporal/Cadence and HashiCorp Consul

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong ownership mindset with the ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions
  • Passion for automation, scalability, and cloud-native technologies
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
