You will design tools, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and establish golden paths for delivery while promoting best practices and a strong developer experience across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Developer Infrastructure, Tooling, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building internal tools to improve engineering velocity.
• Hands-on experience optimizing build systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in developing IDE plugins and developer-facing interfaces.
• Strong background in defining and tracking developer productivity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop internal tools and IDE plugins to improve engineering workflows.
• Optimize and maintain build systems to reduce wait times and accelerate lifecycle.
• Create and monitor developer productivity metrics to identify bottlenecks.
