The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Development Operations Manager to support the Principal Gifts and Global Markets efforts. You will coordinate data, dashboards, and reporting using BBCRM, PowerBI, and related tools to inform leadership decisions and track donor pipelines.

Collaborating with Principal Gifts and Global Markets teams, you will standardize processes and metrics reporting for executive portfolios and donor engagement across Business Units, while supporting senior leadership with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination.
Experience coordinating projects.
Experience generating reports and analyzing data.
Experience with fundraising operations, data management and analysis.
Experience working across departments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects and processes across Development Operations.
Manage donor and data coordination for the PG Pipeline and reporting dashboards.
Collaborate on metrics reporting with leadership and fundraisers.
Support strategy sessions for PG prospects and partnership plans.
Track and report pipeline prospects and donor portfolio progress.
Work with BBCRM and PowerBI for data tracking and analysis.
